Day Wise Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Amritsar – Visit the famous Wagha Border
Upon your entry in Amritsar, the driver will pick you up from a pre-decided spot like airport or railway station and move you to your hotel. Check in and get ready for a visit to Wagah Border. Enjoy the popular Beating Retreat ceremony. After your visit, get transferred back to your hotel. You can also discover the local area and shop for some souvenirs. Have a night stay in Amritsar.
Day 2 – Sightseeing Tour of Amritsar & transfer to Dalhousie [4 hr 37 min (199 km) via NH54 and NH 154A]
Post check-out, the driver will take you on a seeing the sights tip of Amritsar. Visit the popular Golden Temple. Then, visit Durgiana Temple devoted to the goddess Durga. Continue to the popular Jalianwalabag Bagh and pay your respect to the wounded of the Jallianwala Bagh Massacre. Then, shop for some authentic Punjabi handicrafts and artifacts at the Hall Bazaar. Post seeing the sight; get transfer to Dalhousie for a night stay.
Day 3 – Excursion From Dalhousie to Khajjiar
After Breakfast Proceed for the excursion to Khajjiar. On the way, take an end at Kalatop and approve of the pleasing vision of the valley. Afterward, top to Khajjiar, also well-known as the small Switzerland of India and visit the popular Khajjiar Lake and Khajji Nag Temple. Post your excursion; get transferred back to your hotel in Dalhousie for a night stay.
WINTER NOTE: In Winters Due to Snowfall Khajjiar Sightseeing will be Subject to Road Conditions and as per Govt Rules & If Possible to reach via Chamba it will be Extra Chargeable on the spot.
Day 4 – Dalhousie to Dharamshala [3 hr 51 min (120.2 km) via SH 43] + Local sightseeing
After Breakfast Check out from the Hotel & Proceed to Dharamshala Visit the beautiful Dharamshala Cricket Stadium. Next, visit the Norbulingka Institute & see cultural Tibetan arts and craft on display. Later, honor the country’s hero at the Dharamshala War Memorial. Proceed for the Mcleod Ganj Sightseeing Explore Naddi Village and have a great time by the beautiful Dal Lake. Then, visit the beautiful St. John Church amidst a lush deodar forest. Later, visit the popular Bhagsunath Temple devoted to lord Shiva and Bhagsunath waterfall.Overnight Stay at Dharamshala
Day 5 – Dharamshala – Amritsar Drop
After Breakfast Check out from the Hotel & Drop to the Amritsar Airport or Railway Station
